How to Shoot a Corporate Video with a Limousine and a Private Jet?

How to Shoot a Corporate Video with a Limousine and a Private Jet?

Updated: April 22, 2025

In September, we received a brief from the largest accounting company, UOL, with whom we’ve been collaborating for three years. Together, we've created dozens of videos.

From corporate and educational videos, which proved to be very effective, to animations.

Our latest production was a new corporate video - and that’s exactly what we’re going to talk about now. :)

The client came with a concept, which we then developed in detail.

1. Locations and Actors

Director Markus, along with the production team, scouted potential locations for the opening scenes and chose the ideal one close to the company headquarters, as we needed a total of 15 extras, who were all employees of the company.

Next, we cast the actors. We found the perfect Bodyguard for the role from our own database.

2. Limousine, Bodyguard, and a Private Jet? No Problem!

We then booked a limousine - a black Lincoln 120 and created a detailed shooting schedule.

The client arranged a bus, and we sourced props for the shoot - such as a gold chain and gangster-style sunglasses for the company’s mascot - a bulldog.

On the shooting day, everything was perfectly prepared, and the weather was ideal.

On set, we had two cameramen, a director, a runner, a professional photographer, a production manager, and a sound technician.

We had ready:

  •  cameras
  • sound equipment and lavaliers
  • walkie-talkies
  • a drone
  • tripods and lighting

3. How Did the Shoot Go?

The shooting schedule went perfectly. We started with the scenes featuring the bus, where the company owner sends off unsuccessful candidates to the bus. It was required to have the 15 extras and the second company mascot.

Next was the limousine scene, where the company owner waves goodbye to the extras and gets into the Lincoln accompanied by the bodyguard - all narrated by her voiceover.

Then came the “convoy” ride - the limo followed by several UOL company cars. We filmed inside the limousine, while the second cameraman captured the convoy from a bridge, and we added drone footage as well.

Finally, we moved to the terminal with a private jet, where we filmed the last part of the video.

The video will be shared on social media and the company website as part of their branding and presentation.

Here’s a behind-the-scenes video of how it all went down:
